As part of an official award procedure, www.ecg.de GmbH from Berlin was commissioned to implement a central monitoring system for the implementation of the operational program of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate. The system is to serve the implementation of the funding period 2021-2027 (OP) and must therefore follow all requirements of the relevant legal provisions and the implementation strategies derived from them.
The subject of the order was the social science support of the operational program with the aim of optimal, effective and efficient program implementation. The social science monitoring supports the administrative authority in the tasks incumbent on it with regard to monitoring, reporting and evaluation, including any necessary program change procedures. It also supports the ESF administrative authority in the preparation and implementation of an operational program for the funding period 2021-2027. This call for proposals covers the second half of the 2014-2020 funding period as well as the preparation and start-up phase of the following funding period.
The IT support system, which is implemented by www.ecg.de, is used for electronic funding case processing (according to grant law), but also for the implementation of certain work processes that are carried out by the administration as part of the ESF implementation.
