The Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises commissioned us as a service provider to develop and provide an IT support system for the implementation of the European Social Fund in the state of Berlin.

For the funding period 2014-2020, the entire funding lifecycle was mapped as a web application.
What we did:
IT-supported monitoring system to support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of ESF funding for the EU funding period 2014-2020/2026.
Development and maintenance of the browser and database-based (online) IT application for the state of Berlin (EurekaPlus). In concrete terms, this means:
- Overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and operation of the IT system
- Preparation of milestone plans (with development and delivery dates)
- Continuous scheduling and budget planning and monitoring
- Early identification of project risks and possible preventive and/or corrective measures
- Application of IT management systems and ticket systems
- Coordination with the managing authority, the certification and audit authority, the specialist departments, the budget department and the program users
- Quality management, error analysis
- Conducting workshops
- Written progress reports and schedule forecasts
- Analysis of the functional and technical requirements
- Development and description of the technical concept
- Development and description of the detailed data processing concept
- Description of the test concepts for the functional and technical function tests
