The Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Companies commissioned ECG as a service provider to develop and provide an IT support system for the implementation of the European Social Fund in the state of Berlin.

For the 2014-2020 funding period, the entire funding life cycle was mapped as a web application.
What we did:
IT-based monitoring system to support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of ESF funding for the EU funding period 2014-2020 / 2026.
Development and maintenance of a browser and database-based (online) IT application for the State of Berlin (EurekaPlus). In particulate:
- Overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and operation of the IT system
- Creation of milestone plans (with development and delivery dates)
- Continuous schedule and budget planning and monitoring
- Early identification of project risks and definition of possible preventive and / or corrective measures
- Application of IT management and ticket systems
- Coordination with the managing, the certification and auditing authorities, the specialist units, the budget department and the program users
- Quality management and error analysis
- User workshops
- Written progress reports and deadline forecasts
- Analysis of the professional and technical requirements
- Technical concept development and description
- Development and description of the detailed IT concept
