The Ministry of Labor, Health and Demography of the State of Rheinland-Pfalz commissioned ECG with the development, programming and implementation of a web-based management system for the realization of the European Social Fund (Objectives 1, 2 and 3) of the State of Rheinland-Pfalz for the funding periods 2007 -2013 and 2014-2020.
What we did:
- Overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and operation of the IT system
- Milestone planning (with development and delivery dates)
- Continuous progress and budget planning and monitoring
- Early identification of project risks and possible preventive / corrective measures
- Application of IT management and ticket systems
- Coordination with the management, supervision and audit bodies, the financial department and program users
