Questions & Answers on how to use Eureka

Software updates are made available for SenWEB at regular intervals, consisting of improvements and bug fixes. For these software updates it is necessary to lock the database for active operation.

On the EurekaPlus 2.0 login page you can use your user name to request a new password.

Legitimation in EurekaPlus 2.0 is used for identification purposes and is required for certain process steps (e.g. forwarding applications or reports for review).

The GDPR does apply to the use of EurekaPlus 2.0. To use the system, each user must agree to the terms of use, otherwise project processing is not possible.
