State Funding
The Senate Departments for Economic Affairs, Energy and Enterprises, for Integration, Labor and Social Affairs, and for Urban Development and Housing have commissioned us to adapt the Eureka program, which has been used for many years as part of structural funding, so that internet-based project management (including application, approval, invoicing, requests for funds) can be implemented for state-financed funding instruments. A uniform IT platform has been created that offers clients significant efficiency and quality advantages.
The adjustments to the Eureka program for internet-based project management commissioned by the clients were implemented in 2013, so that the solution was available for the application and invoicing of state-funded employment and qualification support from January 1, 2014. One year later, the “Future Initiative District II” program was also integrated into Eureka.
From this point on, applications and short applications, as well as the entire billing process, must be implemented by the beneficiaries with the help of the Eureka program.
The IT system includes both the funding processes between the provider, service provider and supervisory authority as well as the budgetary processes that are necessary for making payments and invoicing the funding instruments. It is the daily work tool for the commissioned service providers and must therefore meet all requirements for efficient processing.
The first production run was on January 1st, 2014.
