The interaction between citizens and companies with the administration has to be much faster, more efficient and more user-friendly in the future. To achieve this goal, the new Online Access Act (OZG) has been passed.
The Act to Improve Online Access to Administrative Services (“Online Access Act” for short) obliges the federal, state and local governments to offer their administrative services digitally via administrative portals by the end of 2022. This digitization of services offered by the public administration has to be finished on January 1st, 2023.
With Eureka5 you can already meet the legal requirements of the OZG.
