www.ecg.eu GmbH focuses its activities consistently on the administrative support of public donors in the administration and implementation of subsidies. To this end, we develop consulting and service concepts and high-performance IT management and support systems that enable our clients, customers and users to carry out targeted daily management and guide them through the necessary application and billing processes.
With our software development, we were able to take a new, innovative path by equipping our software with complex customization. This shifts the task areas and responsibilities in the software development processes.
We are currently looking to strengthen our team with two
Junior Consultants IT (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Design and configuration of software elements
- Analysis and modeling of business processes
- Creation of detailed specifications and customer documentation
- Creation of test cases for the configured software elements
- Test of the configured software elements
- Coordination with internal and external customers
- Support of the division managers for the commissioning of the software and handover to the customer
- Preparation and implementation of user training
Your expertise and skills:
- Good qualifications in one of the training courses as an IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for application development, IT system clerk or an IT-oriented degree
- Good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a strong customer and results orientation
- Experience in dealing with IT systems
- Knowledge of using JIRA (operational project management tool) or comparable tools is desirable
- Knowledge of object-oriented software development, OO design & UML
- Good communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to perform and commitment
- Independent and careful way of working
